What makes Precision Prep different?
We’re not just another meal prep brand. All our meals are lab tested, crafted in-house, and built with performance in mind.
We don’t cut corners — just powerful nutrition, made properly, and delivered frozen straight to your door.
Are your meals frozen or chilled?
Our meals are cooked fresh, then frozen immediately to lock in flavour and nutrients. They arrive frozen or partially thawed — ready to store in the fridge or freezer. You can reheat straight from frozen, or store chilled for up to 7 days (use-by date on pack).
How do subscriptions work?
You choose your meals and how often you want them — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Once your payment is processed, your meals are prepped, frozen, and sent on the next available delivery day (Tuesday or Thursday).
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account — as long as you do it before the next payment is taken.
Can I just place a one-off order?
Yes — no commitment needed.
We offer one-off boxes for anyone who wants to try us out or stock the freezer. Just choose your meals and go.
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum order is £60.
Why? Because we cover delivery and pack each box with care, sending anything less isn't viable.
When will my meals arrive?
We deliver orders every Tuesday and Thursday via DPD.
You’ll get a text and email notification with your delivery window. If you're not going to be in, you can set a safe place for the driver to leave it.
What if I miss my delivery?
DPD will leave your order in your chosen safe place or by your front door. Once it’s been delivered, it becomes your responsibility.
Due to the perishable nature of the product, we can’t replace meals that have been left out too long or go bad because of missed delivery attempts.
Can I freeze my meals again if they arrive chilled?
Yes — just freeze them on day 7 if you haven’t eaten them.
They’re designed to be reheated directly from frozen.
What if my order is damaged or missing?
If your order arrives severely damaged or goes missing, we’ll replace it.
We don’t cover minor cosmetic damage (like dented sleeves), but if the food isn’t safe to eat, we’ll make it right.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UK mainland (for now). If you're outside of that, drop us a message — we may still be able to help.
How are allergens handled?
All allergen information is clearly displayed:
- On the product page at the time of purchase
- On the packaging label
- In your order confirmation email
