Ingredients
3 eggs
10g coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Smoked Garlic Granules
1/4 tsp Oregano
4g Nutritional Yeast
Pinch of Salt & Black Pepper
125g Pizza Tomato Sauce

200g (One Pack) Pro Prep Piri Piri Chicken
100g Low Fat Grated Mozzarella
1 Large Tomato Sliced
1/2 Bell Pepper Diced
15g Jalapeños Chillies Sliced
Handful Of Fresh Rocket
Drizzle Of Balsamic Glaze

Directions
Before You Prep
Pre-heat the oven to 250 Degrees.
Ensure the PP Piri Piri chicken has been defrosted in the fridge.
For The Base
Beat the eggs with the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium to high heat, add a little olive oil.
Make sure the oil is covering the base of the pan.
Add the mix to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes each side.
Set aside on a lined baking tray and allow to cool.
Topping The Pizza
Evenly Spread the sauce on the base.
Sprinkle over the cheese and evenly arrange the tomato slices.
Pull the Piri Piri Chicken and add evenly, along with the onion, peppers and jalapeños.
Cooking
Place the tray on the top shelf of the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, the cheese should be melted and the toppings slightly charred.
Serving
Finish with a hand full of rocket and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
